Terms of Service

By accessing and using StockyTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial unless you choose to subscribe immediately or a trial was already used on your account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to the service until payment is settled. Prices may change; changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes (including UAE VAT), which are added at checkout where required.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable: cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, whether monthly or annual. We may nevertheless, at our sole discretion, grant a full or partial refund in specific situations. We also reserve the right to stop or terminate any subscription at any time, including annual subscriptions; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the prorated unused portion of the prepaid period. Initiating a card chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. StockyTrack never stores your card details; they are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. By subscribing, you authorize us — through Stripe — to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' use of StockyTrack. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own your data. StockyTrack accesses your data only to provide and improve the service, never to sell or use for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, StockyTrack's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may hold under applicable law.
